there was no service recovery at all. instead, they went on a beach vacation to run it in our faces. we are indeed losers for being your fans. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan
i’ve come to realised that i’m angry not bc i lost money but i’m angry bc i lost money and felt like i didn’t matter. besides the ig live, no concern or empathy was shown at all. mv kept telling us to settle with the org and washed their hands of this #FreshFunFinInTaiwan

They haven’t apologised for misunderstanding the Taiwan CDC statements. They kept blaming the cancellation on Taiwan side. Taiwanese fans deserve an apology for this! #FreshFunFinInTaiwan
You guys lying!!! Lying about the TRUE!!!
The FACT was you had to quarantine when you back to Thailand, but you said that you guys had to quarantine both in Taiwan and Thailand. 🤬🤬

Wow today marks 5 months since the taiwan trip that never happened. Refunds still nowhere to be seen. N doesn’t want to/cannot reply us bc it’s now a police case. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan
Day 97392838 - my money is still nowhere to be seen and MV still gives 0 fucks. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan
UPDATE [11/7/2020] There are people asking N for a reply on the chat but it’s been so many days and there’s still no reply. Still unsure what we are supposed to do. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan #OXQ
I also heard that she has to give back 100% refund for the cancelled UWMA Seoul tour and some of our money might go into that too. She is splitting their 100% refund into 2 payments. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan #OXQ
I don’t understand any of this. Wasn’t the tour supposed to have only 57 seats + staff? What’s with the 11-12 extra employees? You think this is a company retreat... WITH OUR MONEY? #FreshFunFinInTaiwan #OXQ
According to my sources, N was supposed to bring 11-12 of her employees on the Taiwan tour as well. BUT WHY? Our money probably went into their expenses. Until today, N hasn’t shown us the breakdown of expenses. Maybe this is why she can’t. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan #OXQ
Because of that, the tour agency plans to sue N for defamation because she made the tour agency look bad and not trustworthy. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan #OXQ
UPDATE [6/7/2020] From what I understand, on the 10th June 2020 (1st meeting at DOT), N promised to refund 100%. But during the 2nd meeting on 17th June 2020, a lawyer was brought in and suddenly she doesn’t wanna refund 100%.
#FreshFunFinInTaiwan #OXQ
omg 😭😭😭 please give me back my money 😭😭😭 it’s not a small amount for me, i’ve worked very hard for it. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan
N ask specifically stated that this step (accepting 13k baht) does not require any legal actions to be taken. I feel like she’s implying that the next step (for ppl who want full refund) will have to involve legal actions. Just my thoughts. #FreshFunFinInTaiwan
