@AndyHiggsGAA But in elective anaesthesia, once the #GreenZone is entered via cannula, there may not be a need for scalpel #FrontOfNeck at all to establish a "definitive" airway. Lots of other options open up once time is available (maintain-convert-replace) - including asleep FOI.
