Because of rules that my insurance company has (#fuckCigna), I can't simply get the info for ENT2 myself & give it to the PCP, N2 has to give it to PCP themselves, & then I have to meet with the PCP doctor. This is so much more complex and inefficient than it needs to be.

#CIGNA #fuckcigna My husband had a biopsy scheduled tomorrow, but Cigna needs 10+ days to approve it. Cigna BS will delay diagnosis and proper treatment...causing him to suffer and potentially organ failure. No wonder USA Today ranks them in the top most hated companies.
