The #Spycops Inquiry Chair was effusively grateful to Claire Hildreth for her open direct answers. I suspect this was partly due to his frustration at the lies & evasions of undercover cop Bob Lambert. Instead of thanking Lambert, he should have castigated him. #fuckoffbob

@fruitbatmania His use of the word ‘comfort’ - given its historic connotations of organised coercive sexual abuse of women - was so persistent, pervasive even, that it felt like a deliberate & conscious provocation.
I've got good at not letting #spycops shit get to me, but Lambert's misogynist, self-serving lies, and his sickening repetition of the claim deceitful, abusive sexual relationships were a "comfort" in a stressful job, really got under my skin. Entitled piece of shit.

I do not think it is in any way realistic that Sir John Mitting has believed any of the evidence of Bob Lambert. Whatever the final report ends up saying or not saying, Bob Lambert has been an entirely non-credible witness for the entirety of his 7 days of questioning #spycops
