What's the function? When looking at behaviours ask yourself "WTF??". Are they moving you AWAY from something tough or TOWARDS something you want. If it's AWAY.....consider the cost to you. From a new book by @contextconsult & @thinkpsychol #wtf #functionalcontextualism
