@gen_twenty A7: I ask myself if I’m saying “no” as an excuse or out of fear. A gut check is in order, but then I like to be analytical & reflective. Am I saying “yes” because I feel guilty saying “no”? Am I saying “no” so I don’t have to do something uncomfortable? Etc. #G20chat

@gen_twenty A6: Such a great, self-reflective question. I find myself eternally making the same excuses (“I’ll do it Friday”). I know I’m unbalanced when I keep thinking about that THING I want to do or “should do” but am not making time for. #G20chat

A7 I say no to things that make me feel uncomfortable in an "icky" way. If I want to say no to something because I'm nervous or scared, I take that as a sign to do it instead. #g20chat

@gen_twenty A7. It can be really tricky but it’s about what’s important to you and if you have the capacity. Saying no now doesn’t mean it’s a no always. #G20Chat

@gen_twenty Starting out you may need to say “yes” to things that don’t make sense. That painful “yes” may lead to saying no down the road bc you are doing things that excite you. I also like Tim Ferris rule. Scale 1-10 and you can’t use a 7. #g20chat
