The campaign followed reports of a learner allegedly becoming suicidal after cyberbullying, raising concern over the emotional and psychological impact of online abuse.
Learners were educated on responsible social media use, online safety, and legal consequences of harmful online behaviour, with a strong warning that “what goes online stays online.”
Parents were also engaged and urged to monitor children’s online activities, maintain open communication, and create supportive home environments.
The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to promote safer communities and responsible use of technology.
