@1Wondahillard I have just successfully renewed National Boards and it gave me a reason to go deep into what I have done for the past ten years and how it has impacted my students and my own career as well. #gcsteach

@1Wondahillard #gcsteach TIME is the enemy!! We only see the students once a week and even with that...there are always absences, early dismissals, and field-trips! Process vs. finished product. Sometimes you got to have the finished product! The process portion is limited.

@1Wondahillard #gcsteach Critical thinking for my own professional goals is found to be challenging and yet motivational. I have started thinking like "backward design lesson planning"! What results do I now want? How do I get there? Big questions and little time to make it happen!

@1Wondahillard I use art journals to share reflections, details, and thoughts regarding our projects. Some reflections are mandatory and some are for whenever they want to add something that speaks to them directly. #gcsteach
