@GE_Appliances My brand-new GE fridge sounds like a mooing cow in my kitchen 🐄. 7 service visits later, no fix — just being told to “keep working with my case manager.” GE, this is unacceptable. Escalate this now or replace it. #GEFail #GECustomerService

@GE_Appliances My brand-new GE fridge has sounded like a mooing cow for months. 7 service visits, no fix — just mastic to hide the noise. Even GE reps admit it’s not normal. I’m done with temporary fixes — this needs a replacement. #GECustomerService #GEFail

Unbelievable experience with @generalelectric! Our 10 month old washer broke, waited 2 weeks for parts, and endured 3 rescheduled service appointments without notice. Can't wait forever! Bought a new washer. I will never buy another GE. #NeverAgain #GEFail 🚫🧺

I think, the most frustrating part of this epic clusterf*ck is that I no longer even have the option of moving to another sodding country! #GEfail!

@_Tinkerz This bulb is a freaking bad joke. There's a couple of minutes of my life I'll never get back. #GEFAIL

Hey @GELighting my Amazon echo won't connect to my two lights. I use the app but Alexa keeps telling me they're not responding? #GEFail
