Results GHSG HD21 BrECADD v eBEACOPP in 1L cHL #ASCO24: - 1500 pts, med age 31, Stage IIB 17%, rest adv stage - PFS superior in BrE arm: 4 yr 94% vs 91% (!!!) - less tox & neuropathy with BrE - 96% gonadal recovery with BrE (73% with escB) New standard of care in cHL? #lymsm

Great late breaker presentation by Peter Borchmann on behalf of the #GHSG @ #17ICML ! BrECADD is non-inferior to eBEACOPP in advanced #Hodgkin Lymphoma with impressive 3-yr-PFS and OS of 94,9 % and 98,5 % and no treatment related deaths. BrECADD announced as new GHSG-SOC!

Pleased and honored to present our PFS to OS correlation analysis in Hodgkin Lymphoma at #EHA2023 on behalf of the #GHSG with Horst Müller and @BroeckelmannPJ! PFS can predict OS in first line treatment of classical Hodgkin Lymphoma supporting PFS as endpoint in clinical trials!

Dr Boris Böll highlighting #GHSG data in older #HodgkinLymphoma pts (eg, difficulty to maintain RDI, etc) as well as recent Swedish registry data delineating that pts > age 60 yrs represent approx 1/3 of all pts. Need continue find ways to better study this pt population. #lymsm

Yes, next advanced stage HD study for #GHSG would be HD21; HD18 was the randomization to 4 total cycles BEACOPP for PET negative (and rituximab/BEACOPP for PET+). During these 18 GHSG studies, we have sadly only done handful of randomized studies in the US; hopefully can change! https://t.co/FDIJKYn5lj
