@BrianBarwig It's not #gmbchat until @BrianBarwig tips his black hat to the group (this was the best black hat gif I could find - you're welcome)

A10: You can try to report them. Most of the time GMB doesn't take much action here. If they do, the competitor will likely stuff the keywords back in a few days later. I'm not saying to KW stuff your business name, but it works and there isnt much repercussion #gmbchat

Q10: I have competitors who stuff their business names with keywords - is it worth my time to report them? Will GMB do anything about it? #gmbchat

@SterlingSkyInc A.9 Reject it and forget it. If it happens consistently I would post at the GMB forum. #gmbchat

A9: this has been happening a ton lately, though I'm not certain why. I usually delete the invitation and that keeps them out of your account. Make sure you delete any other users on the account who are not active. #gmbchat

Q9: I received a notice that someone I don't know wants access to my GMB listing. Are they trying to steal it? Can I report it? How do I keep them out? #gmbchat

@MattCasady Great point, Matt! It might not be anything you did "wrong" other than some edits that got GMB's spidey senses going in the wrong direction #gmbchat

@SterlingSkyInc A.6 Request ownership. If that’s denied, contact GMB support or request a verification postcard. Once verified, remove the fake email as a user. If that isn’t helpful. Post at the GMB forum. #gmbchat
