One of the biggest problems nobody wants to discuss openly is this: CBSE simply does not have enough highly qualified and deeply trained Class 12 evaluators for a system as sensitive as OSM. 💔 In many private schools, even question papers are often prepared with the help of previous year papers, sample books, and standard templates. But evaluation is far more difficult than setting questions. Evaluation requires: • Deep subject understanding • Patience • Analytical judgment • Step marking accuracy • Experience with Class 12 standards And now the same system expects teachers to accurately evaluate blurred scanned copies on screen under pressure and deadlines. OSM itself is not the enemy. The real issue is implementing such a high-stakes digital system without enough expert evaluators, proper training, and strong quality control. Students should not suffer because the system was not fully prepared. — Anurag Tyagi #OSM #CBSE #Students #BoardResults #EducationSystem #JusticeForStudents #AnuragTyagi
