Very sorry to hear about Ron's passing. As well as being @AdrianKavanagh's External Examiner for his PhD Viva Voce, many of our Final Year #GY305 and #GY347 will have read his books/articles as part of their studies.
Sad to hear of Ron Johnston's passing. I would think pretty much everyone from my generation of geographers would have read one his books as a student. Probably several of them. RIP
