Cool, an A(I)pology.
I ran this on AI plagiarism checkers and it’s AI-assisted at least. Before you can throw rocks at me about how AI can help with writing, imagine getting an apology letter written by someone else.

My favorite thing about #GaLitFest is that I now have a whole new bunch of artists to follow and stan 💕 booth management is already difficult in itself tapos nilevel up pa ang difficulty with the lack of space and promotion 😭
Also, take note that we did our best to bring the crowd to our "fishtank" / classroom / storage room. I am very thankful to everyone who helped and supported us. To all the Cebuano artists, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT. Thank you for the trade, snacks and pizza

cool, next event na lang? no you can’t it doesn’t work that way.
changed my twt name already, baka mabawasan badtrip ko sa #GaLitfest
#GaLitfest was executed so poorly honestly. I went there and saw many amazing artists and their crafts but I also felt bad for them with how the event played. The organizers were very unprofessional and as of now I dont think they even addressed the issue.
#GaLitFest be like: "cool story bro 👍"
Can't believe this is even real bro

Why am I not surprised? 😇

"Why can't you talk to Litfest properly?" Can Litfest even talk properly?
Thread: One-Liners of Bad Communication
TLDR: They had more than enough money for a better experience.
DONT INVITE 155 tables worth of artists if you can't PROPERLY ACCOMMODATE THEM ALL.
DONT RENT OUT STUPID OFFICE ROOMS THAT WERE NEVER INTENDED TO BE LARGE EVENT SPACES. #Galitfest #CebuLitfest
warning please dont use these exact numbers as the actual profit margins, this is not accurate estimation. i just did this to give this to inform everyone of how much money we're dealing with and to help determine whether you could see the value in the event or not.
#Galitfest
PW rooms (aka backrooms) should never have been used, although i see the thought process since the next option would 360k(yakal hall) in rent alone this is a significant detail that would've informed their decision. however this is an explanation not an excuse #Galitfest
4/5
this tells us that the cashflow going in would've been more than enough to address some of these concerns: better advertising for the artists not in acacia hall, and banners outside. budget for tables and chairs for a proper rest/stage area.

Thread about the operating costs vs estimated profit of the Litfest x Komiket 2023 event
I inquired about the rates at IEC, here they are, based off this and the 8 hours they are open to the public, the min cost for renting these spaces is PHP252k. 1/5
I've made an estimate that this event would generate around half a million in revenue(give or take). 155 tables × 3k rent = 465k. plus the 100 php entry fee revenue. this is ignoring costs, but with that much $$$, it shouldn't be up to artists to handle these issues alone.
@kapoyadesign Hamster enclosure 😆 Thank you Cebu friends, from Manila friends. U da best. Thanks sa sticker trades, pizza, free #galitfest stickers. Gathering my thoughts and will say something soon, but for now, rest. Mas nakakapagod yung event na halos walang tao tbh. Thank you for this! 🩷
