Dr John will deliver a voice line, and then take one of your pills from the pill bin, locking the bin for 5 seconds (this will be randomized)
Should add some difficulty to the game without messing up the pill systems

Randomized number of pills needed, random pill per slot, all systems working
Now the fun task of copying that for the other 2 patients
