@MattDzugan @mikebros it's a little weird to me that to #getnzonthemap people don't simply rotate the globe slightly more. the Middle East seems solidly on the map already in the Europe/Africa hemisphere. if you let it rotate off the west, New Zealand very naturally rotates in.

The most interesting one to me is Google's 🌏 Asia.
It appears that East-Asia is based off of one projection, and then Australia + New Zealand is based off another, with Indonesia somewhere in between.
And then it's all thrown in together until it "looks good"
