After rejections from 2 journals, for reasons like
1) research w "a very high-risk, select population" is not relevant to advancing science
2) can't publish null effects

The letter of intent for this paper was REJECTED, 3 versions of the paper were REJECTED, (4th - R&R, 5th accepted) the paper went from 31 to 93 pages (mainly in annexes) and I wrote 26 pages of reviewer responses
