I like @DanWoy's realism here. We can obsess about targets, but the essence of #gettingtonetzero is establishing policy that strongly encourages: 1) not adding to our emissions, 2) switching everything as fast as possible to non-emitting energy, & 3) ramping RD&C to serve 2.
