The yarn spreads have increased from 60-65 cents to 90-95cents.. and the same is not shrinking anytime soon, because 20% of the spinning capacity has permanently got shut over the last few qtrs China has aggressively began sourcing yarn from India over last few months Indian & US cotton price diffence has shrinked, making Indian cotton & hence yarn more competitive With Supply Shortage on one end, most of the spinner's capacity is fully booked till July end, as demand also gets better So Trade deal with US happens or not, Spinners have reasons strong enough to show very good improvement in performance in 1Q27 #Resultpick
