So much about Asian Doe is a mystery right now, but we finally got info from @RayTierneyDA and the incredible #GilgoTaskforce yesterday.
At long last, we have at least the clothing tags and some interesting information, we have some ancestry paths.
Of course we have more questions:
- What is the deeper link to NYC referenced yesterday?
- Was Asian Doe found much closer to Megan than had previously been known?
- We need more clarification on the physical characteristics of Asian Doe...
- Do clubs such as The Townhouse and Star Sapphire (particularly) play a critical role, not only in the sex work scene, but in the #AsianTwink and #Trans scene?
I recommend watching The Stroll and Last Call documentaries for some profound insight (rabbit hole trigger warnings...).
If anyone knows anything, no matter how insignificant it may be, please reach out to Crimestoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS, or via email or mobile app at https://t.co/BxGyk41fDC (which can be submitted in your native language). Translation services are available.
A reward of up to $2,500 from Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is being offered for information leading to the identification of the victim.
@icecastles22 A guy like this most definitely documented EVERYTHING.
Just imagine what else they have on him.
if it wasn’t for the #GilgoTaskForce and @RayTierneyDA he’d still be killing. No doubt.
No telling how many lives they saved
Hoping that the expansion of the #GilgoTaskforce

A month before a new #PoliceCommissioner is decided and announced...a month...can Suffolk County afford that?
I believe in the integrity of the #GilgoTaskforce and hope that @EdRomaine @EdRomaine1 maintains an unequivocal commitment to the sanctity and importance of this investigation.
Please keep politics out of any decision. Please keep each victim and their families top of mind.

Republican Ed Romaine was sworn in as the ninth Suffolk County executive, stressing in his inauguration speech the importance of strengthening county finances and making the area more affordable, and touting what he said was his ability to work with Democrats.
Speaking before a crowd of several hundred gathered, Romaine did not unveil specific initiatives but said he would prioritize cybersecurity, affordable housing, the environment, law enforcement and improving Child Protective Services.
