Blue Lagoon also has a long-term agreement with Nicola Mining to process its gold and silver material at the Merritt Mill. 📊 Chart update: 🔴 Major support: approximately $0.33 🟠 Reclaim level: approximately $0.45 🔴 Breakout level: approximately $0.51 After breaking its downtrend and bouncing from major support, the stock is now consolidating between the reclaim and breakout levels. Holding above the reclaim level keeps the recovery intact, while a confirmed move above $0.51 would strengthen the bullish setup. Losing the reclaim level could lead to another test of lower support. We believe the recent pullback has not reflected the company’s operational progress. However, production, liquidity, financing and execution risks still matter.
