Intermission. They told the kids in attendance they could go to the restroom. All 400 volunteered. Line was backed out around the hall like a Jimmy Eat World concert in 2005. Starting back in the next hour. #gotitus

My 12-year old son is in a spelling bee right now. I have played multiple sports and spoke in front of groups of people on stages. I have never been more nervous than I am right now during this middle school spelling bee. Being a parent is weird. #gotitus
