Was originally scheduled for GRU 🛫 MIA 🛬 LAX tonight. GRU @AmericanAir check-in agent Camila Prado worked her magic and got me on GRU 🛬 LAX direct!!! Will be home si hours earlier now!!! #GoingForGreAAt

Always fun to fully board a plane and only at departure time does @AmericanAir realize there’s no catering on board. Cue the rolling delays via text messages. Wondering if Jim Moses has brought his superb processes from KLAX to KDFW. #GoingforGreAAt

Golly I love airline social media ... after an unacceptable sked change for a May trip, @AmericanAir had me rebooked at a co-located airport .... all via Twitter ... before a phone rep would have even picked up. Amazing! Thanks AA. #GoingForGreAAt

In this day and age, how can KCLT - KLAX on @AmericanAir not have any power onboard. @thepointsguy should do a review of this route and which flights do and don’t have power. #GoingforGreAAt
