Posting this so late, but Module 1 Jewish Text in @ThatRabbiCohen’s Gan class was AMAZING. My mind was blown & I’m humbled to be in the presence of such inquisitive minds & insightful questions. I can’t wait for Module 2 on Prayer. #growinggan #judaism #jewish #curious #learning

In #GrowingGan tonight, we learned about the Hebrew calendar and here's a couple cool little facts: my Hebrew birthday is 1 Tevet, which actually coincides with my next birthday on the secular calendar. It's also the date they think Esther became queen!

One thing from #GrowingGan tonight that I appreciated - I spend all my time outside work resting and recuperating so I can return to work the next time, so setting aside just one day for rest and making it different seems like it would be challenging for me. 1/
