But what kind of justice is that administered in #NewYork by judges with the Democratic label? Absurdities of this kind are not even reminiscent in Italy during the time of poor #Berlusconi. If a defendant, rightly or wrongly, very often more wrongly than rightly, was found guilty, the judges pronounced the #Punishment in addition to the #Sentence and not an #UnconditionalDischarge. To those who have forgotten, I want to remind that these were #ItalianJudges, politically motivated. They were left-wing, just like those in #NewYork, city administered by the #Democrats. If that trial based on the accusations of a #PornStar had been held elsewhere, for example in the #RepublicanMidwest, it would have been nullified before it even began. But in many #DemocraticStates, the judicial apparatus is revealed to be in collusion with political power. Trump calls it a #LegalFarce and will #Appeal. It's hard to disagree with him. And in any case, he won't be affected in his role as #President.
