The federal form you fill out when you buy a gun is called a 4473, and if you're caught lying about any of the questions on this form, they can send you to jail. When Hunter Biden filled out his form, he put "NO" on the question that asked, "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?" I don't think this question should be on a 4473, and it mainly has to do with weed. On the federal level, marijuana is a controlled substance. I don't think marijuana should be a controlled substance, nor do I think the use of it should preclude you from buying a gun. If you live in one of these states where Marijuana is legal, and you smoke from time to time, and you put no on that question, you're breaking federal law. If you say yes, you can't buy a gun. So you're stuck deciding between breaking the law or not being able to buy a gun. Do you see what I'm getting at? It's goofy. Yes, I genuinely hate weed, but can we stop acting like it's some evil drug. That said, Hunter Biden was smoking crack, and I'm not here to defend the use of crack. What do you think? Should Hunter Biden have been found guilty, and should he have served jail time? Most importantly, do you think this question should be part of the 4473, or better yet, should there be a 4473 at all?
