The last budget bill, #HB2898, passed on yet another party line vote in the House, 31-29.
All 11 budget bills now await @dougducey's signature less than 12 hours before a midnight deadline to approve a new spending plan.

Here’s the plan: The Senate’s moving the House version of the CJR bill and two vetoed bills that Jake Hoffman wants credit for directly to third read, and will bring the K-12 BRB to the floor for amendments.

I've visited every public elementary school in LD24 & seen our teachers squeeze dollars out of dimes. We raised $$ for most under-resourced by bidding on shaving my head (#SaveItOrShaveIt). I care deeply about the teachers, students and parents in Arizona. #HB2898 is bad policy.
