🇨🇳 #Hongcheng BioPharma has registered a PD-1/CTLA-4/VEGF tri-specific antibody #HC010 on the NMPA’s Platform, it is a multicenter, single-arm, open-label Phase II clinical trial as 1L PD-L1-positive advanced NSCLC treatment. The enrollment criteria is PD-L1-positive (TPS ≥1%), EGFR-negative, ALK-negative locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Plan to enroll 50 patients. The dose is 15 mg/kg, the same as PD-1/VEGF bispecific antibody ivonescimab developed by Akeso. HC010 enter Phase 1 study in February 2024. HC010 is designed with a symmetrical structure, linking the scFv of PD-1 with a VEGF monoclonal antibody and a CTLA-4 nanobody in series.
