@Allegiant First time flying your airline. After hours of delays, our flight was canceled. No gate agent to help, baggage staff gave us a phone number to rebook/refund, then we were told we weren’t in the system and hung up on. Completely unacceptable. #horribleairline

Literally stranded in JFK for 12 hours because @Delta decided to reschedule the flight every hour and after 4 hours delayed the first officer decided not to turn up and the flight reschedule to next day 12pm! #wtf #horribleairline

@SunCountryAir Cancellation emails 3 hrs before departure? Brutal. We had 28 college baseball players PAYING THEIR OWN WAY to Tucson for a baseball spring trip. Full flight, yet you canceled anyway. Now what do we do? Maybe work with us instead of ignore us? #horribleairline
