@HRBlockAnswers @HRBlock This mistake is also causing my debit card to be charged each time I hit transmit. How do I get a refund on this? Also, if I end up having to mail my return, how can I have my printing and mailing costs reimbursed? I didn't buy this software to mail my returns. #HRBlockfail
