@georgioommen @dave_ulrich Agreed - these roles are especially important for AI / ML use cases since Data Science driven by programmers will never takeoff. HR Practitioners need to get into the weeds and work closely technologists to create meaningful solutions. #HackingHRChat

@hacking_hr @shraddhanjali_r @georgioommen A3 Organizations may not have the bandwidth or the expertise to create advanced inhouse products expect IT companies. So there is merit in going out there and getting the best. You get the choice and save a lot of time and effort
