Another example of #HealthInsuranceFail I have to get outpatient imaging. it is significantly cheaper to self pay and pay out of pocket than it is to go through my insurance. When are we gonna give up the scam that is US Health insurance

@CrunchLarry @DGlaucomflecken Fun thing about PAs: defenders of insurance co. claim that PAs help control costs by preventing docs from handing out expensive drugs/services like candy. Reality: when docs have to hire ppl just to deal with PAs etc., it makes things COST MORE for all of us. #healthinsurancefail
