#FirstAndFinal time I use @HelloFreshAU. Thanks for my 2:50am delivery. I’m sure it’s fresh af by the time I wake up. A notification would also had been good so the whole world couldn’t help themselves to my meals. #hellofreshfail

@HelloFresh placed 1st order, after no tracking updates, 2 chats w/agents, your team says it’s lost. I appreciate acct credit, but this was a very poor experience. Glad I had a backup plan for dinner. Now the box sched’d for a week late, will it even be edible? #hellofreshfail
