JUST IN: MMDA says that they will ask malls to close to make sure people stay at home and to prevent the spread of #COVID19.
Supermarkets, grocery stores and banks will not be asked to close.
Bec there are circulars po governing job orders, casuals, contract of service et al. The Office of Civil Service Commission need concurrence with Commission on Audit again bec there are circulars jointly issued by both CSC and COA.
