This morning we have some wonderful news!
Our #SitWithHope campaign continues to grow with Help and Hope plaques being pledged every week.
Today we are thrilled to announce that @FairmontHotels Windsor will be the first hotel to install our plaques on benches and seats in their stunning grounds.
This will enable anyone visiting the hotel who is bereaved and enjoying a walk in the gardens, including staff can scan the QR code and immediately find a wealth of support under our umbrella 🧡☂️
We know how important it is to sit in a garden and have time to reflect out in nature when you are grieving.
We look forward to unveiling the Fairmont’s plaques soon and hope other hotel chains are inspired to join this initiative.

Our vision is that the Good Grief card is used as one central signposting resource, to ensure we offer a consistent approach to early signposting to bereavement services.
There continues to be a postcode lottery, we need to standardise these resources.

Our @goodgrieftrust condolence and signposting cards are used by all NHS Trusts across England and we are working to ensure all palliative care, end of life, and bereavement teams in hospitals across the UK are supplied with this one central resource.

As we approach our 7th Anniversary next month. we are excited to announce a new updated design of our Good Grief condolence and signposting card launching soon!
Over the past 6 years we have received 100% positive feedback from #NHS healthcare professionals & support services using this one central resource nationwide.
There is now a section on the card to be able to write a note to the bereaved.
We hope this will help to personalise early support, let those grieving know they are not alone & signpost them to #HelpandHope in one place from day one.
