NHS Fife’s defence is unravelling—tribunal delays as missing emails and documents come to light. Today’s session exposed yet more failures in disclosure, with NHS Fife admitting that key emails had not been provided until now. If these documents were relevant, why weren’t they submitted earlier? What else hasn’t been shared? Meanwhile, the role of Esther Davidson is now under serious question. NHS Fife claims she was not involved in the investigation, merely receiving statements—but emails suggest otherwise. Was she just a postbox, or did she actively gather information? The judge wants answers. On IT searches, NHS Fife initially claimed that finding more emails would be too difficult and take too long, citing GDPR redactions—even though nothing needing redaction has appeared so far. Convenient excuse, or deliberate obstruction? With these delays, another full day of hearings has been lost, meaning yet more public money wasted defending what should never have been defended in the first place. The tribunal resumes Monday, with NHS Fife under pressure to finally come clean. If they have nothing to hide, why is it taking this long to get the truth?
