HindRectifier with 60 cr order is commanding high premium today ( touching 100 PE) and Tata MF has invested 100 cr .. #MVElectronic anchor book has Mahindra MF group ( invested thru 3 schemes) … 1000 cr order in hands, 250 cr of Additional capital for capex & R&D …will lead great growth starting FY27 itself … My expectations are , Mcap of 2000+ cr within 👆Fy27 and touching 4000 within next 2-3 yr ! At 425 rs IPO upper band , Mcap is approx 1150 cr … Invested here at PreIPO stage and will apply further … 💥💥💥

#HindRectifier So propulsion system order of 60 cr received 💥 This is big for Hind Rectifier as this open up big market for them ( approx 3500 cr)… They currently do 1000 cr turnover so imagine what is possible with 10-20% mkt share here ! This was the precise major reason of stock commanding such high premium and TataSmall cap invested 100 cr in this company ! Company has long path to keep building in railway .. price is high but will keep it intact as part of portfolio as company in 5 to 10 yrs time frame will deserve much higher mkt cap ! Invested

After 1:2 Stock split, 637 Rs as buying cost/share on current price… Stock is now at 1118 Rs with ATH of 1212 .. means moved 100% in less than a year … ! Entry point valuation were high … Today also , valuations are high but still stock is flying high .. Tata mutual fund invested 100 cr at current valuation … Learning :- When TAM is high, company is busy moving up in innovation thru specific technologies (Propulsion, Robotics) and longevity of earning growth is visible to mkt , it does not mind doing a upward rerating .. PE becomes less visible to growth investors, PEG becomes more important … While not sure of sustainability of current prices, stock is for long term , would like to see at some point, stock moving towards 3x-4x of current Mkt cap .. might take many many yrs with lots of cyclic movement in prices … #PortfolioStock ( not to be disturbed )

Today’s Volume is >10 lac vs past volume of hardly 45000 to 1 lac Stock is up by 20% 💥💥 At such valuation , I will not advise any buying here , just enjoying the 🚀 ! Randomness as was expecting firing by J&K , BLS and ThomasCook … J&K did that while war again is keeping BLS and ThomasCook muted for some more time !
