#HomelessActionTeamTuesday: Not long ago, you could find Andy Baseman on the light rail and struggling with addiction. Now, you’ll still find Andy on the trains, but with a new mission: To provide help to those facing the same kind of challenges he once did. In a few days, Andy will celebrate four years of sobriety and a new outlook on life. He’s now a peer recovery specialist with @mentalhealthmn and works closely with our Homeless Action Team. Over the past six months, Andy’s helped place more than two dozen people into treatment. Thank you, Andy, for your compassion and dedication.
