#CHTraffic: officers checked speeds today on #MLKJrBlvd near #HomesteadRd from 10a-12n. In the 35 mph zone, speeds ranged from 54 to 71 mph. Nine stops resulted in 10 charges, including speeding and careless and reckless driving. #StaySafeChapelHill
