#HootGov Very interesting presentations at Hootsuite Government Social Event! Social media poses risks to public sector departments and bodies. Are the panel or those in the room dealing with issues like impersonated social accounts and scams targeting citizens to defraud them?
Advice from Mark Fay PSNI. Put a dog in your post! #hootgov
Amazing professional approach to social media by PSNI. Robust planning, local autonomy, light touch approach to central management and “corporate” messaging. “Engagement with purpose” #hootgov
This is not a semantic point it shows that organisations using social media have different needs - so engagement is central to policing #hootgov https://t.co/w4F49XNcui
At #HootGov @JustClarkSocial who doesn't like the term "Citizen Engagement" is followed by @PoliceServiceNI talking about "citizen engagement" #dissonence
