3rd year college in Manila someone bullied me because I was from Mindanao. He kept teasing me na terrorista daw ako at hindi ako dapat nandun sa school na yun. #HowIWasBullied
1st yr college in the province I was bullied in front of so many students. She said out loud "Ano yung pinost mo tungkol sakin sa facebook?!"

High School I was bullied for just being the president of our class. (Sinipa ko sya in his groin and that was the last time he bullied me)

- it came in my childhood, my academic years, during employment, while I was pregnant, & becoming a mom
- it happens to my daughter too
how? when ppl get validations from hurting your spirit and uniqueness.

Hinubaran ako on purpose during p.e time, then everybody laughed at me . Calling me "bading" "pandak" atleast almost everyday. Today, I struggle to accept compliments or insecurities are building up almost everytime. #HowIWasBullied
