More on #sciarc and #HowNotToBeInAnOffice . This is just the tip of the iceberg - they basically laid out on the table the rampant underpaid abuse. This is a reason why it is so impossibly difficult for marginalized #architects to make a name for themselves in the field.

For me personally, it's about enabling my team to operate with a set of decision making principles to make decisions without my input. I'm also continuously learning in order to be a more effective leader, which means to be a better servant.
