In a captivating engineering design project, fifth-grade students tackled the pressing issue of water shortage on Ferris Island. This hands-on experience deepened their understanding of scientific concepts and fostered critical thinking and problem-solving skills. #howseslearns
This week in math, SES kindergarteners learned about measuring with non-standard units. They completed a project where they traced their bodies and measured their height. The students measured their height using links, base-ten blocks and popsicle sticks. Way to go! #howseslearns
Twenty new members were inducted into the Honor Society for Spanish. This is the second largest group inducted in the history of Saint Edward's School. Students were also recognized for the Global Seal of Biliteracy.
