Finally had chance to watch amazing @amolrajan doc #HowToBreakIntoTheElite. Shocking facts inc those from privileged backgrounds who get a 2:2 more likely to get a 'top occupation' than from working class at same uni who get 1st. Also it highlights huge importance of #skills.

Great to today meet @amaanabdulrahma, from @amolrajan's "How to Break into the Elite" documentary. With a 1st Class Economics degree from @UniofNottingham he wanted a job in banking. He really impressed me. If I was still working in the City and hiring grads, I'd offer him a job.
