That's a wrap! It was apparent from the number of responses that legalities in the arts and creative industry need to be talked about more. Thank you for making this session an interactive one!

Yup, that was me. Building community & increasing lifechances takes years. And easily undone. Short-termism is endemic: from Hackney Wick to San Francisco, who's providing long term oversight of the pledges & promises from above? #hubsforgood #CreativeEnterpriseZone #politics
Question from the floor: how do we ensure the accountability and continued implementation of creative enterprise policies - how do we weather changes in those who hold decision making positions? #creativehubs #hubsforgood
The Creative Enterprise Zones involve many stakeholders - local government, developers, residents & creative communities. The panelists have brought up issues of rising rents, ownership of space & the nuances of wording policy to navigate different stakeholder needs #hubsforgood
Here at Stour Space in Hackney Wick, ready for #creativehubs and urban policy: A symposium on creative work and the city, organized by @QMULBartsTheLon #hubsforgood
Day 2 of the #hubsforgood #creativehubs visit in the UK! Beautiful morning today, we are here in Hackney Wick, which has (among other things) the Olympic Park. This area has long been known for its creative arts venues and communities of practitioners.
We're not quite done with @QMUL, as tomorrow we will be attending their event, #creativehubs and urban policy: A symposium on creative work and the city, held in Stour Space #hubsforgood
We also got to see one of the recording studios for @QMUL's Artificial Intelligence and Music research and their advanced robotics lab. Amazing work happening here. #creativehubs #hubsforgood
The @QMUL staff showing us around their amazing facilities: laboratories and makerspaces for their @QMEECS Engineering, Electronics, and Computer Science students, spaces for multidisciplinary work and experimentation #creativehubs #hubsforgood
We have the great fortune to be here in the UK this week to do an educational visit of #creativehubs around London and Cardiff, as part of our #hubsforgood programme.
We're fired up to do exchange knowledge and questions with everyone we'll meet this week!
Great @nesta_uk article on how and why policymakers can and should create an enabling environment to support #creativehubs. The article focuses on the UK and Europe - could you see the points applying to a Malaysian landscape? #hubsforgood
