Opening up services to children currently on waitlists is good.
Telling parents a diagnosis is no longer pertinent - is a disaster waiting to happen.
A diagnosis gives you a path.
Disregarding a diagnosis and pooling services altogether under one roof creates #hungergameshubs

@SipsintheCity It isn’t more or less important… but the #HungerGamesHubs will not help anyone! That’s why I submitted an alternative proposal that can fund individualized funding for all that the FCC is claiming to want to assist without pitting one against another. Will you support it?

@Dave_Eby, I too am a father and respect the message. For our family, the risk is the current governments policy change to dismantle the Autism Funding Unit and replace it with #HungerGamesHubs… which will cut services for our son and send thousands to waitlists.
When I think of what’s at risk, I think of my kids. What’s possible for them and what challenges will they face.
The BC Liberals will welcome privatization, cut services and rip up our climate plan. Families will end up paying the price.
Nothing less than our future is at risk.
