Day 25 – Work in Progress This week I worked on a new episode of my podcast: “Raise the bar. Be the bar.” It’s still in progress. What I wanted to do was record and publish immediately. What actually happened was slower internet, delays, and a forced pause. So I focused on • Refining the episode structure • Tightening the script • Clarifying the core message • Reworking transitions so it flows better • Asked myself: what standard am I really inviting people into? The episode explores this idea: Raising the bar isn’t about competing louder. It’s about embodying the standard you wish existed, even just for yourself.

It may look like the 30 days flew by. But they didn’t. It started with: 🔹Intentional structure. 🔹 Community accountability and support 🔹 Readiness for visibility. From the framework the MGS team designed, to every community member who researched, created, posted, engaged, and supported others. This was more than a challenge. It was commitment. And commitment compounds. To everyone who showed up daily: You didn’t just create content. You built confidence. You built clarity. You've built a community. And that doesn’t end after Day 30!!!
