Day 25 – Work in Progress
This week I worked on a new episode of my podcast:
“Raise the bar. Be the bar.”
It’s still in progress.
What I wanted to do was record and publish immediately.
What actually happened was slower internet, delays, and a forced pause.
So I focused on
• Refining the episode structure
• Tightening the script
• Clarifying the core message
• Reworking transitions so it flows better
• Asked myself: what standard am I really inviting people into?
The episode explores this idea:
Raising the bar isn’t about competing louder.
It’s about embodying the standard you wish existed, even just for yourself.

I fought a good fight and finished this cycle of the CVC race!!
Not every day was loud, not every day was easy... But every day counted💪🏽
Grateful for the growth, the discipline, and the community.
This was practice. The real build continues!!

Growth happened.
Clarity came.

This was more than a challenge.
It was commitment.
