ok so i dont think ai narrative is done yet..probably it’s just getting started again and this time with ACP (agent commerce protocol)..this is some new shit by #IBMResearch that was recently launched and @virtuals_io is bringing it onchain and yet again its leading the new narrative..
now what the fish is ACP????
well, let's break it down to make a layman understand it
imagine a team Project-> X
you're working on it with different teams, each building their own specialized tool (like a chatbot, a data analyzer, or a language translator)...these tools are like "agents" that can perform specific tasks
so what could be the problem here?
the problem of inter-communication
without a standard way of communicating..each team would need to build custom integrations with every other team's tool
this would be like trying to connect different puzzle pieces that don't fit together
so how ACP solves it..
ACP is like a universal adapter that lets these different tools talk to each other seamlessly
it provides a standard way for agents to communicate..making it easy to:
- reuse agents: use the same chatbot or data analyzer in different projects
- switch frameworks: change the underlying technology without affecting how agents interact
- update agents: replace or update individual agents without disrupting the entire system
example:
let's say team A builds a chatbot using framework x, and team B builds a language translator using framework y
with ACP, these agents can communicate with each other effortlessly, even though they're built using different frameworks
by using ACP, teams can:
1. save time: no need to build custom integrations
2. increase flexibility: easily switch between frameworks or update agents
3. improve scalability: build more complex systems without worrying about compatibility issues
ACP makes it easier for teams to work together, share tools, and build more powerful systems...
so recently we saw ai agents kicked off the last wave of innovation
we saw bots like aixbt, ai16z, griffain fly to $100M-$500M+
20x wasn’t rare it was a standard
but now something even bigger is brewing...
a new infra layer that connects ai agents to each other
executes complex tasks with 0 friction
and delivers final results without human micro-management
just drop a product description and get your output
no more jumping between 5 different agents
ACP will:
• pick the best agents
• auto-negotiate
• verify output
• deliver finished product
autonomous. permissionless. scalable all 3 in one concept
and guess what?
$virtual has already integrated ACP into its platform
virtual is now the first mover in the agent Commerce revolution
this is going to explode activity, value, and revenue within the virtual ecosystem
it’s again leading the ai wave..
and the tokens building in this ecosystem?
expect 20x–30x to be the baseline for the newbies that would get launched under the new domain
but this time with even stronger fundamentals and cross-agent utility
if ai agents were the spark
ACP is the combustion engine
and virtual is the fuel driving it all
agent to agent economies are coming and virtual’s positioning is unmatched
bookmark this:
the agent economy + acp narrative is going to be massive in weeks to come
dont fade🧠
