I fully support the demands of the IBPS and SBI exam aspirants for transparency in bank exams.
#IBPS are conducting exams without any transparency, wherein no answer key is provided, and raw scores and the normalisation formula are not disclosed. Moreover, widening gap between advertised vacancies and final recruitment is very serious.
IBPS cannot play with the future of the aspirants. When SSC, UPSC, Railway exams can be publish raw scores and answer keys, why IBPS cannot?
IBPS should amend the exam structure to meet the very valid demands of the aspirants —
• Release of official answer keys post-examination;
• Raw scores and marksheets for every candidate
• Disclosure of the normalisation formula
• Explain dispensaries in vacancies

@ibps all it takes to ruin an aspirants preparation, hardwork and mental health is your normalization. We don't think it's not a big deal to release raw scores, if your result was legit. @TheOfficialSBI #IBPSNormalizationIssue #IBPSReforms2025 @just__sayiin

When we don’t even know our mistakes,
how do we improve?
When there’s no score, no key, no formula,
what are we preparing for?
Aspirants don’t fail, the system fails them.

We cried alone after results.
Not because we failed…
but because we don’t know why.
And that “why” keeps haunting us.

They say “try again.”
But how do we try…
when we don’t even know what went wrong?
The pain of silence hurts more than failure.

If UPSC can give answer keys, why can’t IBPS & SBI?
Are we not worthy of fairness and clarity?
Your silence is our mental trauma.

Imagine preparing for a year and not even getting to see what you did wrong.
No keys. No scores. No explanation.
Just a "You’re not selected."
